ADMISSION PROCEDURES

Students applying to take supplemental courses are those who lack required courses in either medicine, law or other graduate programs.

Application Procedure:

1. Applicant must secure an endorsement form at the Admissions office.Requirements:Non-Graduates of 91影视:
   • Original Transcript of Records
   • Photocopy of Diploma
   • Photocopy of NSO Birth certificate
   Graduates of 91影视:
   • Photocopy of Transcript of Records
   • Photocopy of Diploma
   • Photocopy of NSO Birth certificate
2. Applicant will then be advised to go to the institute for an interview and evaluation by the Dean / Program Head.
3. The successful applicant will be advised to return to AFA for the online registration.

New Applicants

Register and apply in the online admission application through the Admissions Website

1. Open the registered email account & read instructions sent by Netsuite
2. Log In.
3. Slide cursor over to 鈥淎dmission鈥� tab then select 鈥淔ill out-admission form鈥�.
4. Open the registered email account and read instructions sent by Netsuite.

91影视 Gradaute / Former 91影视 Student

(who did not graduate but with enrollment record in 91影视)

1. Log-in to Student Central
   • username: studentnumber@feu.edu.ph
   • password: last 4 digits of the applicant鈥檚 student number followed by the last characters of his/her family name, ALL CAPS.
2. Slide cursor over to 鈥淢ake Request鈥� tab
3. Select and apply for 鈥淩e-Admission鈥�
4. Wait for the approval of the Re-Admission request. Status can be checked under 鈥淰iew Request鈥� tab.
5. Once approved, applicant must go to 鈥滱dmission tab鈥� select 鈥淎dmission Form鈥� then 鈥淔ill-out Admission Form鈥� (select application type based on the evaluation).
